Archana Bharathesh is the managing director of the academy.  Archana in very fond of Indian culture, arts, social service. She believes in following  Indian tradition and values after being far from the home country and wants to spread the same to her kids,friends and to next generation people.She runs the academy by taking care of financial  work ,costumes and academy performances.

Archana is good in crochet works ,crafts, dresses stitching, costumes and props work and she is trainer in “Kalavihar” (3 to 6 years old kids classes) , workshops and summer camps.
